 Getting Older, Flowing Through Time


Women wander, women gather. 

Women eat and post for pictures memory. 

We connect, heart to heart. 

Open mind to share life's journey thus far. 

And desire as well for future vision casting. 


We open and see one another. Full vision. Full acceptance

of our shared humanity. Through those gatherings we cast spiritual 

inspirations. Doorways are opened and portals spotted. 


We cannot do it alone. Life. We are here to connect, journey together

and unite in our sameness. 


Years of living bring wisdom, which is shared for younger 

journeyers on the life path map. 


Circles held with intention and safety become healing containers

for replenishment, inspiration and kinship. 


Our soul's family and life mates always evolving and never ceasing

to appear when timing is aligned. 


I am a traveler and I am getting older, yes. I am flowing 

through time. Will you join me?

Starting Point      Every day, I find myself in a loop of sorts. And typically, I notice something that is making me feel uncomfortable. Could be the work I am doing. Could be an ache in my body, maybe it happens when I move my body for work things. And so I make the immediate conclusion that I need to find a better job. And then I start to wonder how I could make more money and not sacrifice my body for it. That's a bit extreme, but ultimately it is not. I want to be healthy and strong. And have fun. And I realize that life is seemingly flying along. I was a child yesterday, and am already a little less than halfway through the traditional trajectory of human existence. Woof.  At this point in my thought pattern, I begin to scramble for fun thoughts I can have. Usually, plans for some movement do the trick. I'll stop what I am doing and do a handstand.   Clarity Falls As we speak, clarity falls.  I am a maker of Peace.  I listen to my guiding voice within.  I embody clear obedience What it tells me to do.  Winds of change blow steadily in  my life.  So I sail. I sail along where the wind guides me.  My gaze forward, chin slightly raised, heart open.  My intention for my embodiment is to hold fast. I journey with  a strong back, a soft front, and a wild heart.  Behind me, I am supported,  by earth, past and present understood, cheered on and  adored through and through.  My chest softens as I stand confidently in my ever-expanding provision and care. Thursday afternoon in the year 2026

Interest: What is my interest?  Well, first I ask myself what my limitations are, and in this current moment, it is that I cannot walk, quickly, or run, acro, or aerial, hike, or drive. Torn ACL and acute swelling and inflammation on my right knee.  I am bedridden.  Awaiting surgery, healing swelling, healing inflammation, icing, elevating, and doing pre-op physical therapy.  My thoughts wander. . .  I miss my dad. he died last year. took his own life. he had bipolar.  slow, like molasses, is how I feel in my energy. wanting to be quick, awake, ready. I feel how my physical body is drawing on all the resources it has to heal. I am giving it all I can to heal as well. Herbal teas, herbal oils with medicine for the swelling, pain, and to heal the damaged tissue within, as well as provide new collagen production for elastic and healthy joints.  The guilt builds when i rest without end.
